  • WEST LAKES PROJECT - sundry feasibility studies (inc. land subdivision, theatre, restaurant, fast food village, development of Delfin Island)
  • MARION REGIONAL CENTRE - Domain Project - a $100m development project involving expansion of the Marion Regional Centre (inc. strategic planning, strategic alliances, business planning, marketing planning, urban planning, property planning & development, economic development, information technology, community development etc.)
  • MFP AUSTRALIA - PELICAN POINT - 470 hectares in suburban Adelaide - involving a  tourism/leisure development proposal including golf courses, an international hotel, conference centre, condominiums, retail centre, marina and low/medium density housing. Original study - market research, financial feasibility modelling, design input. Amended study – revised financial feasibility model, including site design criteria, for half the original site area (235 hectares)
  • NOVAR GARDENS - 20 acre shopping/housing development - at Novar Gardens (planning only)
  • CRAIGMORE - consultant to SA Land Commission - for development at Craigmore (shopping and recreation) 
  • MOUNT GAMBIER - large scale shopping/office development - Mt Gambier (planning only)
